Karen Ardizzone

Title: Associate Director, Student Volunteer Engagement

Karen Ardizzone provides direction for Student Volunteer Engagement within Student Centers and Activities. She is responsible for guiding students interested in volunteerism and service, trains students to create meaningful service opportunities, and connects students with local community partners. Karen has over twenty years of service at Rutgers University and has extensive experience in service-learning programs, training and facilitation, program development and assessment, and leadership and organizational development. Karen earned degrees from Fairfield University and Suffolk University and is a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Reiki Master Practitioner.
