Rutgers-New Brunswick's six Student Centers provide comprehensive event oversight to the RU community and external clients in partnership with campus departments and service providers. Our office assists the campus community (Student Organizations, Departments) and external clients in producing creative, safe, and successful programs on the Rutgers campus. The campus community members are responsible for submitting their room requests using the EMS Room request. Our staff will then review, confirm and/or support the campus community in finalizing their reservation requests.
