Our Student Centers offer a full range of technical support for all events held within our 43 meeting spaces across 6 Student Centers. The Technical team is here to help facilitate all of your audio-visual needs, including:

- Virtual Conferences
- Hybrid Events
- Hosting Zoom meetings and webinars.
We are here to work with you, your team, and your partners from start to finish. We are equipped and ready to handle all your event needs. Whether your event is small or large, you can expect the same amount of attention and detail from us!
How to Request Technical Services
After making a reservation with Meetings and Events, please let your Event Coordinator know that you require additional audio-visual assistance.
