Questions? Check out our Involvement Fair FAQ at the bottom of this page.
Students who wish to attend the Involvement Fair to see organizations they can join do not need to register or RSVP for the event. The Involvement Fair is a free event, open to all! Registration to table for directly advised student groups, faith-based organizations, and groups who provide involvement opportunities for undergraduate students closes on August 14th at 8AM. Eligible groups will receive the registration link on July 31, 2023. Unfortunately due to space, we cannot accommodate all groups/Departments. Departments are encouraged to register for Resource Fairs offered on campus instead of the annual Involvement Fair. Student Organizations who re-registered with Involvement and Leadership for 2023-2024 are already registered for the Fair. You will receive an email in late August for next steps.

All organizations who re-registered with Student Involvement and Leadership for the 2023-2024 school year are automatically registered to participate in the Involvement Fair. You will receive an email at the end of August with check-in information. If you believe that you did not receive an email about the Involvement Fair, first check in with your fellow officers or your generic organization email as they may have received it. The email went out to the officers who re-registered your organization.
