Questions? Check out our Involvement Fair FAQ at the bottom of this page.
Students who wish to attend the Involvement Fair to see organizations they can join do not need to register or RSVP for the event. The Involvement Fair is a free event, open to all!
Unfortunately, due to space, we cannot accommodate non-student groups or departments this year. Departments are encouraged to register for Resource Fairs offered on campus instead of the annual Involvement Fair.
Student Organizations who re-registered with Involvement and Leadership for 2026-2027 are already registered for the Fair. You will receive an email in late August for the next steps. To confirm you are registered and check out your category, click this link.

You can check out a map of the Fair online here. We will also have maps throughout the day at the Fair.
- How do I find the organization I want to visit?
On our map, you see the areas broken down by section. This will help you find groups you may be interested in listed by category. Visit getINVOLVED.rutgers.edu to learn any organization’s category.
- Can I go to the Involvement Fair alone?
Come by yourself, or bring friends! Whatever you prefer. Involvement Fair is a great place to find your community on campus, so even if you come with friends you may end up visiting different booths throughout the day.
- How do I prepare for the Involvement Fair?

For Student Orgs
For additional questions, please contact involvementfair@echo.rutgers.edu.
- I don’t think I received an email about the Involvement Fair.
All organizations who re-registered with Student Involvement and Leadership for the 2025-2026 school year are automatically registered to participate in the Involvement Fair. You will receive an email at the end of August with check-in information. If you believe that you did not receive an email about the Involvement Fair, first check in with your fellow officers or your generic organization email as they may have received it. The email went out to the officers who re-registered your organization.
- Can we give out food at our table?
Small, individually pre-packaged items can be given out. We recommend small candy items.
- Can we bring chairs to sit in at our table?
Due to space issues, chairs and tents are not permitted at the Involvement Fair. You will be asked to remove the items and not complying could result in loss of opportunity to participate in the future.
