Meetings and Conferences

Finding a suitable meeting space is never a problem when you have the resources of a major university at your disposal. Our campus offers 43 meeting spaces in the form of multipurpose rooms and a variety of outdoor facilities.

Most meeting spaces are equipped with built-in technology or can be supplied. We offer webcasting services that allow you to include a global audience. And, of course, we provide complimentary, campus-wide Wi-Fi to all attendees. Connecting with others during a meeting has never been more important.

When meeting participants come to Rutgers, they leave the daily work environment behind and enter a setting conducive to a serious intellectual effort. There's no better place than a university to share knowledge, discuss issues and learn new information. And space is available at a cost well below the current hotel and conference center rates.
