Please review the information and requirements below. If you apply for both positions, you will only have one interview. Applications close March 1, 2026, at 11:59pm. Campus Programs Summer Intern for June 2026 - August 2026

- Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of events and/or special projects as assigned. These include fall events, New Student Orientation Social, Campus Programs marketing, warehouse inventory, space management, and Carnivale
Work with a team of students and professional staff to make decisions that move the office forward
Participate in training sessions throughout the summer
Staff New Student Orientation Social on a rotating schedule with other interns
Weekly meetings with supervisors
Other duties as assigned
- Requirements
This student leadership position is for a full-time, undergraduate student for 2025-2026 in good academic and conduct standing
All applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5
The intern will receive approximately 20 - 25 hours per week
No summer classes or other summer jobs (unless approved by a professional staff supervisor)
If you are considering taking courses, please meet with a professional staff member to discuss this further
International students must currently have a VISA and Workers Permit that allows them to work in the US. Able to work 40 hours per week
- General Expectations
Interns should expect to assist with event planning, organization, prep, execution, customer service, and office management
Interns should be organized, self-starters, have a positive attitude, and work well in a group setting
Interns should be comfortable with public speaking as they may give a presentation on involvement at New Student Orientation
- Remuneration
Interns will be paid $15.92 per hour (pre-tax), to be paid out bi-weekly. · New Jersey Earned Sick Leave as per NJ Law

Welcome Week Intern for June 2026 - February 2027

- Responsibilities
Aid in the brainstorm of our Welcome Week calendar by sharing student perspective
Collaboratively create Welcome Week/Transition opportunities
Promote Welcome Week/Transition to new and continuing students
Supervise and train the Welcome Week Ambassador Team
Office duties include but are not limited to answering questions, connecting students to resources, developing opportunities, etc.
Setup and breakdown of Welcome Week/Transition programs - lifting and moving boxes/supplies
