Samantha Jones

Title: Graduate Coordinator for Lead Up Academy and Experiential Learning
Sam Jones (she/her/hers) returns to Student Centers and Activities as a graduate coordinator after having spent the summer as a Graduate Intern for Class Year Programs at The George Washington University. She graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey in May 2023 with a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in Africana studies.
During her undergraduate journey, she loved being a student leader. She was involved in the Office of Violence Prevention as a Violence Intervention Peer, was the student office manager for the Women’s Center and LGBTQ+ Services, a Peer Facilitator for Ramapo College’s first-year seminars, and the president of the Students of Caribbean Ancestry Club. These clubs and organizations are the reason why she is here today. She is so excited to be a part of the Student Involvement and Leadership team throughout her time at Rutgers. She is most excited to mentor students and make new connections. During her free time, she loves to bake, go bowling, and enjoy time with friends and family. She is looking forward to a great year!
