Samantha Carhuaricra

Title: Graduate Coordinator for Alternative Breaks and Servant Leadership
Samantha Carhuaricra (she/her/hers) is a proud first-generation college student and alumna of Rutgers–New Brunswick, where she earned her BA in Latino and Caribbean Studies with a minor in Education. During her time as an undergraduate, she held multiple leadership roles across student government and cultural organizations, including the Rutgers University Student Assembly and the Latino Student Council. Her passion for equity, empowerment, and student development led her to the field of student affairs.
Now pursuing her Master of Education in College Student Affairs at Rutgers, Samantha serves as the Graduate Coordinator for Alternative Breaks and Servant Leadership within the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership. She is committed to creating inclusive, transformative experiences that help students grow as leaders and community advocates. Samantha brings with her a strong background in mentoring, DEI programming, and student engagement, and she is excited to continue supporting students through meaningful service and reflection. She is excited to be part of Student Centers and Activities!
