Kelly Chang

Title: Student Involvement and Leadership Graduate Intern

Kelly Chang is currently a graduate student in the College Student Affairs Ed.M. program at Rutgers University. She attended Rutgers for her undergraduate degree as well, gaining a bachelor's in psychology and human Resource Management. Now she serves as the Graduate Intern for Lead Up Academy within the Student Involvement and Leadership. Through this role, she is able to connect students with more opportunities for experiential learning and help encourage them to foster inclusive communities of their own.
